Refund Policy – Design Verse

At Design Verse, we aim to provide exceptional design, development, and marketing services that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure our clients have clarity on how refunds are handled.

This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 calendar days (1 week) from the date of payment.

  • No significant work has been completed or delivered during this period.

Note: If work has already commenced, we may deduct costs for services already provided before issuing a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The request is made after 7 calendar days from the payment date.

  • The project has been substantially completed or delivered.

  • Delays are caused by your failure to provide required information, approvals, or feedback on time.

  • The work has been approved and accepted by you.

3. Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, a change of mind is not grounds for a refund after the 1-week period unless agreed otherwise in writing before the start of the project.
